Our next Millington Youth Football meeting will be Wednesday, January 23rd at 6 PM. It will be at the Millington High School cafeteria.

At this meeting we will elect our officers for the next year (must be an elected board member to be considered)

Vote to accept the By-Laws as written

Receive update about acquiring our Federal tax-exempt status as a charitable organization

Solicit/Suggest candidates for new board members

And other, common, issues normally examined.

Barring any previous mandates or penalties issued by MYF or the MMRFL, all persons are welcome to attend the meeting.

Become involved in the development of your community’s youth. Even if you don’t have a son or daughter to play football, cheer, or pom for MYF...

This is your chance to help develop good character through sports in our local youth.

This was probably one of my best seasons playing youth football. Great coaches! The banquet at the end of the year was totally stupid. I agree with the parent there was no organization or planning involved. I don’t see why the board members let all of the players just tackle one-another. I understand that they were busy tring to get the pizzas ready but dont let them just play rugby. Why can’t we just have the regular banquet at the high-school cafeteria?

To the "Parent" complaining about the awards banquet....it wasn’t for you. It was for the kids and from what I could see they had an awesome time enjoying theirselves and celebrating a great season. I give credit and my up most appreciation to all those who put forth the effort, gave time and care for these kids. Well done!!!!

To answer the question about the "Directions/MMRFL" link on our website...

The link does not work right now because the MMRFL has completely redone thier website and the URL’s have changed for the "saved" pages. This will be fixed shortly.

Until then, please use the following web address:

www.mmrfl.org

Then click on teams/areas for directions.

Thank-you for your patience.

Is anyone else having a problem with the directions link? I need to get directions for myself & others that want to go to the away games.

Wow! What a game today against Lake Fenton. You all should be very proud of yourselfs! The score did not reflect how great you played. Can’t wait to watch you all play again next week. Also, to the coaches, thank you for all that you do. We can all be a great coach from the bleachers, but there are VERY few who are willing to make the commitment that it takes to be a youth football coach. We know how many sacrifices you all make to do this and we appreciate it!!!!!
